Returns Policy for Lumieyes Cosmetics

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable:
    • Final sale or discounted products
    • Opened skincare, makeup, and fragrance products
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
  • Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging, including all tags and any accessories. Include a copy of the Return Authorization Code inside the package.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lumieyes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This method ensures quicker processing and availability.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost and provide instructions for returning the item.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Items: For returns lost in transit, Lumieyes is not responsible. We advise using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

6. Final Sale Items

  • No Returns: Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

7. International Returns

  • International Orders: Customers outside the country are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes. Lumieyes is not responsible for customs delays or carrier-related issues.
  • Refunds for International Orders: Refunds for international returns may be subject to exchange rate differences and additional bank fees.
